I can’t say that I’ll ever give up wheat, but it’s an interesting thing to think about. I never knew it was that bad. It would be much more possible that I’d go vegetarian before I’d go wheat-free.
well i just hope neither of those would be for health reasons then

In relation to this post…as much as I have a feeling that it’s probably right in some instances, I absolutely cannot give up wheat for the life of me. Not that I eat a lot of it, but I do enjoy a good French toast or plate of pancakes every now and then. *blush*
haha awesome, your workouts inspire me. i eat pancakes too…by the plateful, i just use coconut and almond flour!!
π Wheat/Gluten free almost five years now, first most because ingesting it all my life, then taking it out of my diet I noticed just how much better I felt, and more energy I had. SO many health benefits getting wheat/gluten out of our diet. They say that its cheaper to harvest grains/corn than to farm (humanely!) animals, but thats a huge lie. (or if you live where I live, get a hunting license, hunt a deer, and theres your meat for the winter, for much less cost!) Theres so many ways around eating junk and getting organic/eating whole foods that we need to stop making excuses.

I have also experienced myself how much better I feel since I have cut out wheat and grains in general! Don’t feel like going back!
