Oh, and an edit before I get flamed…the gadget entering hing did not have coconut milk on it- I had 2 cups, one with breakfast and one with the blueberries & coconut butter. So well over 3,000 calories. The day before I gorged on roasted chicken and 2.3lbs of sweet potatoes 🙂
