Hello,
I have a quick question for you about your site. If you could please get back to me as soon as possible I would greatly appreciate it. Have a great day!

I just finished reading through 1/2 of your last post and i will finish the other half after i quickly comment because i am already so excited reading about it. Dude, the information you post seriously inspires me. I always fins myself spending a good hour searching and researching the topics (especially when it deals with our brains health and maintaining proper communication within the brain). I can’t stress how much I appreciate you posting/writing about mental health. As much as i think i already know, it goes to show how much i still need to learn <3
XOXO
been thinking of you love. ps. you look AMAZING <3
oh also, have you read anything by Dr. Daniel Amen. His work on the brain is so fascinating, and some of the best research has come from his SPECT brain imaging scans. If you haven’t checked it out, it definitely is something i know you will enjoy. One of my fav books from him is “Making a Good Brain Great”
You are looking so amazing, Mal! Keep it up. And yes, growth happens during rest. Stay strong. xx
Hi, I just found your site. I’ve recently started Paleo for digestive issues, but I have a history of eating disorders so I’m trying to figure out whether my interest in Paleo is just asking for trouble (my therapist thinks so). So I’ll definitely be reading more of your blog. However, I have to say, your photos are really triggering. Surely you realize that a lot of eating-disordered girls and women will be reading your blog and, due to the nature of this disease, will compare their bodies against your slim, ripped, tanned and toned one. I mean, I know you are proud of your strength and beauty, but I’m not sure these photos are helpful given this forum and your audience.
no one is making you stay here or read…
lucy, part of recovery is learning not to be triggered by images “slim, ripped, tanned and toned” people. You could try to remove all triggers from your environment (live in a social media bubble?), or you could learn to deal with them.
Also, who exactly is the “audience” to whom you say Mal has some sort of responsibility? She says in her blurb, “I hope to get my story and understanding out there”. I read her blog as something that is 90% breathless stream of consciousness–but nevertheless very helpful–because it articulates things that I (also formerly AN) never had the courage to put into words. Uncensored and powerful stuff.
Mal,
How are you doing? How come the updates stopped? I hope you’re ok.

Perhaps you misread my comment above, but I had asked you to not post it because there were some details I didn’t want to share with the world. Please delete it. Thanks.
sorry…deleting it now
